▪️ARTIST PROFILE:
Hiroshi Fujiwara (Head of fragment design)

He started as a club DJ in the 1980s, and in 1985 he formed TINNIE PUNX with Kan Takagi, and was active in the early days of hip-hop in Japan. In the 1990s he expanded his scope of activities as a music producer, composer, and arranger. In 2011 he formed AOEQ with Yoichi Kuramochi of the Magokoro Brothers, and has since been performing in new band styles with musicians such as Hidefumi Ino, OKAMOTO'S, Yuna & Yuuki (ex: CHAI), Shunsuke Watanabe (Schroederheads), Jungo Miura (Petrols), and Bancho (Wonderful Boys). Since the summer of 2018, he has been in charge of the irregular talk show "FUJI-YAMA / Mid Night Fishing" on BS Fuji, which covers music, art, fashion, and culture, together with Sakanaction's Ichiro Yamaguchi. In the fall of 2024, he formed a unit called BLUEBYRDS with YOSHIKI and released an instrumental mini-album, "BLUEBYRDS." He is also a driving force in worldwide street culture, and has a tremendous influence on young people in the fashion industry.
